F&B Management Internship
- Assist in planning and implementing F&B concepts and strategies
- Support with scheduling, cost control, and inventory management
- Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements
- Help organize events and promotional activities
- Gain insights into supplier relations and quality control
- Participate in internal briefings and staff training sessions
F&B Operations Internship
- Hands-on service in breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Support in bar service or buffet setup
- Ensure smooth guest service and satisfaction
- Prepare and reset service areas
- Assist with hygiene and quality standards compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping for seamless operations
Das bringst du mit
- Languages: Fluent in English (main working language); ideally also German and/or Portuguese
- Field of Study: Tourism or Hotel Management, Event Management or similar
- Availability: Minimum 4 months (ideally 6 months)
- Passion for gastronomy, guest service and operational excellence
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Flexible and open to intercultural experiences
