DTS Greece: CFO (m/f/d)

Overall responsibility for the finance department with a strong hands-on mindset
Preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Greek Local GAAP
Financial reporting to local management and the international DERTOUR Group head office
Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (P&L, cash flow and balance sheet)
Cash flow management including clients, suppliers and banking relationships
Responsibility for tax calculations, tax compliance and payments
Establishment and further development of internal control systems and risk management
Analysis and steering of financial KPIs to support business decisions
Supervision and development of the finance team, including feedback, training and talent development
Close cooperation and sparring with the CEO and Group CFO on strategic and operational decisions
Oversight of daily accounting operations and close collaboration with operational departments

5–8 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a senior or leadership role
Proven experience in group structures and international reporting environments
Strong knowledge of IFRS, IC reconciliation and Greek Local GAAP
Solid background in financial reporting, budgeting and controlling
Experience working with targets and performance-driven organisations
Hands-on, business-minded leader with strong communication and team skills
Fluent in Greek and English; German is an advantage
Confident user of MS Office and SAP
