Deine Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement the hotel’s commercial strategy based on business objectives
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • Oversee pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and inventory management
  • Ensure effective lead generation, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and travel partners
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, digital presence, and brand positioning
  • Manage OTA strategy, channel mix, direct booking performance, and rate parity
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing commercial team while promoting collaboration and accountability

Dein Profil

  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or similar field
  • 8+ years of commercial leadership experience in the hotel industry
  • Strong background in sales, revenue management, or marketing within hotels
  • Proficiency with hospitality systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, CRM, Channel Managers).
  • Ability to work extended hours during major campaigns or events
