  • Develop and execute a robust regional sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, market share, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the DTHR commercial team at HQ to align regional initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Lead business development efforts, including strategic key account management and partnership growth.
  • Ensure effective lead generation, sales pipeline management, and successful contract negotiations.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and stakeholders (e.g. ownership).
  • Oversee marketing programs, brand positioning, and digital campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Support and accelerate the growth of DTHR presence and brand portfolio within Egypt.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial team across DTHR properties in Egypt and especially Sentido Naga Bay, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Good communication on all levels 

Das bringst du mit

  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of commercial leadership experience in hotels, with strong expertise in sales, marketing, and franchise management.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue, market share, and brand growth across multiple properties.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, CRM, Channel Managers) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills suitable for a regional multi-property environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within Egypt and work extended hours
