Your tasks

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management. This role oversees all sales activities, ensures achievement of targets, and maintains strong partnerships with key accounts while aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Prepare annual sales budgets and forecasts

Business Development

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across all market segments
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Set clear objectives and monitor performance through regular reviews

Revenue Management & Reporting

  • Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for management review

Marketing & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and brand positioning
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions

Compliance & Brand Standards

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards in all sales activities

Your profile

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or multi-property management
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and cluster properties
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak business periods

Environmental Standard Staff Instructions:

  • Promote and support the hotel’s sustainability goals and environmental policies
  • Encourage eco-conscious practices in daily administrative operations
  • Assist in coordinating staff awareness initiatives related to environmental responsibility
  • Ensure proper documentation and communication of environmentally related procedures
  • Collaborate with departments to support compliance with general environmental guidelines
  • Serve as a role model in maintaining a clean, safe, and environmentally respectful workplace
