• Manage client relationships and serve as the main contact for digital distribution and connectivity topics.
• Lead onboarding projects from requirements gathering through testing, certification and go-live.
• Coordinate API integrations via partners such as Peakwork, Travelgate, Anixe and direct connections.
• Monitor connectivity performance, data quality and operational KPIs.
• Identify commercial opportunities and translate client requirements into scalable solutions.
• Represent the DMC network at client meetings, industry events and trade fairs.

• Experience with travel API distribution and connectivity platforms (e.g. Peakwork, Travelgate, Anixe).
• Good understanding of XML/JSON, web services and integration processes.
• Background in tourism, preferably with a DMC, tour operator, bedbank or travel-tech company.
• Experience in client success, technical account management or integration projects.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-oriented solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commercial mindset with KPI-driven decision making.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
