We are looking for an IT Manager (m/f/d) to lead the planning, implementation, and operations of IT systems for DERTOUR Services, based in Palma de Mallorca. This role will be responsible for coordinating IT solutions across the region, providing knowledge on escalated tickets, spreading awareness & security support, feeding back local requirements, and delivering solutions. Solid system integration experience, project management skills, regulatory awareness and intercultural communication abilities are required.

• Lead the regional IT strategy and objectives, acting as the key interface between EMEA operations, the Service Desk and Head of IT Infrastructure & Security.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, servers, devices, applications and system performance across local destinations.
• Implement and maintain IT security, data protection and compliance standards, including access controls, audit logging, incident response and security awareness.
• Lead IT projects and business solutions, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards and effective integration of new and existing systems.
• Manage the annual IT budget, resources, KPIs and reporting, ensuring cost-effective delivery aligned with short-, medium- and long-term business objectives.
• Coordinate and support local IT teams across existing destinations and potential new acquisitions, ensuring consistent IT standards and practices.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on IT systems, applications and cybersecurity, while supporting continuous improvement and digital development.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years in IT systems implementation/management, including 3+ years in regional or international projects; familiar with GDPR and data compliance.
• Strong in project management, resource coordination, problem-solving, and intercultural communication
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure overall, (specially Networking) its a must
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region when required.
