Deine Aufgaben

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Contracting Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Hurghada. The successful candidate will be responsible for hotel contracting, rate negotiations, and market analysis.
  • Negotiate hotel rates, allotments, contract terms, conditions, and special deals.
  • Manage contracting and yielding activities for the Eastern European market.
  • Build and analyze package costs, including hotel, transfers, flight seats, and margins.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor hotels, and price competitiveness across Eastern European platforms.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and favorable commercial conditions across different seasons.
  • Review hotel contracts, including payment terms, penalties, cancellation conditions, and force majeure clauses.
  • Maintain regular communication and strong business relationships with hotel Directors of Sales and Sales Managers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure competitive offers and smooth contracting processes.

Dein Profil

  • Proven experience in Hotel Contracting, Yield Management and/or Product Development, ideally within a DMC or Tour Operator.
  • Strong knowledge of Eastern European source markets, tour operators and distribution channels.
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of pricing, margins and profitability.
  • Experience in negotiating hotel agreements, rates, allotments and commercial conditions.
  • Strong capabilities in market analysis, competitor benchmarking and identifying business opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term hotel partnerships.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, particularly during peak seasons.
  • Fluent English and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
