Deine Aufgaben

We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Hurghada. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, maintaining IT assets, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within the workplace.
  • Address and resolve employee tickets and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing hardware devices.
  • Install new software and collaboration tools to improve workflows
  • Manage and maintain company assets, including laptops, computers, storage devices, and peripherals. 
  • Ensure the security of company digital assets and business data.

Dein Profil

  • Relevant experience in IT Support or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of AI solutions and digital transformation projects.
  • Relevant technical certifications will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
