Your tasks

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (kitchen, restaurants, bars, catering, supermarket) and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost revenue, guest satisfaction, and service standards, in collaboration with culinary and marketing teams.
  • Modernize facilities, equipment, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, oversee inventory, and analyze performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
  • Lead menu development with innovative, seasonal offerings aligned to market trends and guest preferences.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring optimal staffing levels, effective scheduling, and high team engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations, maintaining necessary documentation.
  • Monitor guest feedback, conduct continuous improvement initiatives, and introduce new concepts to attract diverse clientele.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an F&B Director, Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-end hospitality environment
  • Strong expertise in F&B operations, including sales strategy, quality assurance, and process optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, multicultural teams
  • Proficient in computer software programs, including MS Office, restaurant management systems, and POS platforms
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages, such as German, are a plus
