Ihre Aufgaben

  • Welcoming and assisting guests from arrival to departure ensuring their stay runs smoothly

  • Acting as a point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and requests – in person, via phone, and by email

  • Supporting the organization of guest activities, events, and sports programs

  • Assisting with complaint handling and problem solving in collaboration with other departments

  • Providing information about the resort’s services, sports facilities, and the island of Fuerteventura

  • Helping with administrative duties such as preparing welcome letters, updating guest information, and creating reports

  • Supporting the promotion of sustainability and health-focused initiatives within the resort

Ihr Profil

  • Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages such as German or French are a plus

  • Passion for sports, health, and active lifestyles

  • Open-minded, positive attitude and ability to work in an international environment

  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive team player

  • EU passport or valid work permit for Spain
