Sportsbooking Internship (m/f/d) at Playitas

Assisting with daily booking operations for sport facilities, training sessions and events
Supporting guests with reservations, changes and inquiries in person, by phone and via email
Providing information about our sports programs, facilities and equipment rentals
Collaborating with coaches, instructors and other departments to coordinate schedules
Helping monitor availability and updating bookings systems
Assisting in the preparation of reports, guest statistics and usage overviews
Supporting the organisation of tournaments, training camps and other sport events

Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages such as German or French are a plus
Passion for sports, health, and active lifestyles
Open-minded, positive attitude and ability to work in an international environment
Flexible, reliable and proactive team player
EU passport or valid work permit for Spain
