Your Key Tasks
- Conduct in-season T2M rate & inventory negotiations with Travelix LM suppliers.
- Perform exclusive Travelix LM contracting tasks: draft, review, and maintain supplier agreements.
- Load Travelix LM contract data, offers, and pricing into Supplier Extranet, CPM, or direct-feed channels.
- Support Travelix LM inventory (stop sales, release, allotment) under PM guidance.
- Secure attractive deals & campaigns ensuring strong market visibility.
- Identify new hotel opportunities & expand beyond DER portfolio.
- Support commercial decisions through trading analytics & performance tracking.
- Align all actions with DER Group’s overall strategic Goals
Your Profile
- Experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency and agility with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite).
- Problem solving and attention to detail.
- Languages: English and Spanish, German will be valued.
- Leadership skills.
- Willingness to grow.
- Negotiation and contracting mindset.
- Curiosity for markets and opportunities.
- Commercial thinking & proactive spirit.
- Communication, partner management skills.
- Openness to feedback and teamwork collaboration.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and make things happen.
- Availability to travel within Spain, Portugal, trade fairs such as ITB, Fitur and DERTOUR headquarters in Germany.
- Driving license.
The position will ideally be based in Canary or Balearic Islands.
