Your Key Tasks
- Conduct in-season T2M rate & inventory negotiations with Travelix LM suppliers.
- Perform exclusive Travelix LM contracting tasks: draft, review, and maintain supplier agreements.
- Load Travelix LM contract data, offers, and pricing into Supplier Extranet, CPM, or direct-feed channels.
- Support Travelix LM inventory (stop sales, release, allotment) under PM guidance.
- Secure attractive deals & campaigns ensuring strong market visibility.
- Identify new hotel opportunities & expand beyond DER portfolio.
- Support commercial decisions through trading analytics & performance tracking.
- Align all actions with DER Group’s overall strategic Goals
Your Profile
- Confident and efficient use of digital tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven experience in a comparable role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; German is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
- Strong motivation for continuous professional growth.
- Solid negotiation and contract management skills.
- High curiosity for markets, trends, and business opportunities.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and partner management skills.
- Open, collaborative attitude with a strong team orientation.
- Analytical, structured, and highly organized working style.
- High willingness to learn, adapt, and drive execution.
- Availability to travel within Spain and Portugal and to international trade fairs and headquarters visits in Germany.
- Valid driving license.
The position will ideally be based in Canary or Balearic Islands.
