Your Key Tasks

  • Conduct in-season T2M rate & inventory negotiations with Travelix LM suppliers.
  • Perform exclusive Travelix LM contracting tasks: draft, review, and maintain supplier agreements.
  • Load Travelix LM contract data, offers, and pricing into Supplier Extranet, CPM, or direct-feed channels.
  • Support Travelix LM inventory (stop sales, release, allotment) under PM guidance.
  • Secure attractive deals & campaigns ensuring strong market visibility.
  • Identify new hotel opportunities & expand beyond DER portfolio.
  • Support commercial decisions through trading analytics & performance tracking.
  • Align all actions with DER Group’s overall strategic Goals

Your Profile

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency and agility with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Languages: English and Spanish, German will be valued.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Willingness to grow.
  • Negotiation and contracting mindset.
  • Curiosity for markets and opportunities.
  • Commercial thinking & proactive spirit.
  • Communication, partner management skills.
  • Openness to feedback and teamwork collaboration.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and make things happen.
  • Availability to travel within Spain, Portugal, trade fairs such as ITB, Fitur and DERTOUR headquarters in Germany.
  • Driving license.

The position will ideally be based in Canary or Balearic Islands.
