Bar Manager (m/f/d) at Playitas

Manage and supervise the operations of our bars, ensuring high-quality service.
Be responsible for creating and executing the beverage menu – impress us with your creativity!
Lead and motivate our fantastic team of bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations.
Interact with guests, making sure they fully enjoy their experience in our bars.
Work closely with other resort departments to deliver a seamless service experience.
Resolve issues and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.
Support the organization of special events and themed nights.
Stay up to date with the latest cocktail and mixology trends.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality and nightlife.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of beverages, classic cocktails, and signature creations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong guest focus and service mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
