Your Tasks

• Welcome guests to the bike center with a strong focus on their needs.

• Provide expert advice on maintenance, upgrades, and accessories.

• Manage bike rental bookings and prepare rental contracts.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of bicycles.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues accurately.

• Assemble new bikes according to manufacturer specifications.

• Customize bikes based on customer preferences and specifications.

• Carry out thorough inspections to ensure each bike’s safety and functionality.

• Test bikes after repairs or modifications to ensure proper performance.

• Keep inventory records of bike parts, accessories, and tools.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and customizations.

• Lead group bike rides for resort guests.

• And most importantly, maintain a positive and proactive attitude!

Your Profile

​

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a bicycle mechanic.

• Solid knowledge of bicycle mechanics, including suspensions, hydraulic brakes, drivetrains (Shimano, SRAM, etc.), and electric systems (e-bikes).

• Ability to use manual and power tools specific to cycling.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Schedule flexibility—because in a resort, plans can change!

• Knowledge of German or a Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish).

• Experience with electric bikes (e-bikes).

• Any certification related to bicycle mechanics.
