Your Tasks

Marketing Support

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Support the creation, editing, and updating of website and social media content
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Coordinate marketing materials, including photos, videos, and promotional assets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs
  • Support content creation initiatives aligned with the Playitas brand

Commercial Support

  • Assist with the management of customer, partner, and agency databases
  • Support CRM updates and data management activities
  • Prepare sales presentations, reports, and commercial materials
  • Support sales analysis and reporting activities

Communication & Projects

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective campaign execution
  • Assist in the coordination of partnerships, sponsorships, and ambassador programs
  • Participate in ongoing marketing and commercial projects
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the department when required

Your Profile

​

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Eligible to sign an internship agreement with a university or educational institution

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interest in marketing, hospitality, tourism, and sports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach

Languages

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Spanish is considered an advantage
  • Additional European languages, particularly German, are highly valued

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or CMS platforms is a plus
