Your Key Tasks
We are looking for a skilled and passionate IT Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Hurghada. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, maintaining IT assets, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within the workplace.
- Address and resolve employee tickets and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain and upgrade existing hardware devices.
- Install new software and collaboration tools to improve workflows
- Manage and maintain company assets, including laptops, computers, storage devices, and peripherals.
- Ensure the security of company digital assets and business data.
Your Profile
- Relevant experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of AI solutions and digital transformation projects.
- Relevant technical certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
