Junior Finance Analyst (m/f/d)

Review and supervise accounting entries related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Analyze revenue, expenses and provisions, ensuring the reliability of financial information.
Monitor balance sheet accounts and perform accounting reconciliations.
Review customer and supplier ageing reports, following up on outstanding balances and debt.
Review profit and loss statements and analyze variances against forecasts.
Prepare and review information required for tax filings and liaise with external advisors.
Support monthly closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.
Prepare periodic financial reporting for management and the corporate group.
Enter and validate financial data within internal systems, including budgets, forecasts and reporting tools.
Support external audits by providing the required information and documentation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, proposing initiatives aligned with management objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax or reporting processes.
Intermediate to advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
Solid understanding of financial accounting and month-end closing procedures.
Basic knowledge of tax regulations.
Experience with financial tools and ERP systems (SAP, Excel or similar).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within an international organization.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
